  James Sanji Mirumbe Welcome to Hear My Voice My name is James Sanji Mirumbe. I am a teacher with a professional interest in special-needs education, particularly education and support for learners with cognitive disabilities and autism spectrum conditions. My educational journey includes studying at Sebastian Kolowa Memorial University in Tanzania from 2010 to 2013, where I report earning a Bachelor of Education in Special Needs. Throughout my journey, I have been interested in raising awareness about the educational needs, abilities, and experiences of children with special educational needs.
